The Winemakers

	2006 Shiraz Mike Garland Winemaker, GM, house builder, Mike is experienced in cool climate winemaking from vintages with Plantagenet. A committed regional ambassador, Mike is a self confessed lover of vintage and being amongst the action but not the biggest fan of pruning on those chilly wintry mornings!
	2007 Chardonnay and 2007 Rose Dr Diane Miller Diane was a vet by profession and switched to wine making in the 1990's and gained a degree. She has worked in Bordeaux and Spain which has broadened her wine experience and perspective and helped keep her palate ‘global’.
	2007 Shiraz, 2008 Cabernet Sauvignon, 2009 Chardonnay, 2009 Cabernet Blanc and 2009 Rosé Greg Jones (1971-2009) Greg was a multi-award-winning industry veteran, having completed 18 vintages when he tragically passed away in 2009. His career included working in the Swan Valley, the Barossa Valley, Clare Valley and McLaren Vale. On his return to Western Australia he became Cellar Manager, Houghton Wines, then Senior Winemaker/Manager at Harvey River Bridge Estate. From January 2005 until 2009 Greg was Senior Winemaker at The Vintage Wineworx at Mount Barker WA.
