The warm 2007 vintage produced this youthful, appealing, clean and crisp wine with melon and nectarine fruit aromas enhanced by subtle and well-integrated oak influences.
The medium weighted fruit driven palate has well balanced acidity which makes this wine perfect for immediate enjoyment. Intense varietal characters and complexity will develop in the bottle over several years.

2009 CHARDONNAY
The dry finish to the 2009 season produced rich fruit and this fresh and crisp wine which offers a melon and peach bouquet.
The medium weighted fruit driven palate, with citrus flavours and well balanced acidity, make this wine perfect for immediate enjoyment. It will also develop excellent complexity and character in the bottle over the next few years.

2010 CABERNET BLANC
The dry finish to the 2010 season led to intensely ripe cabernet sauvignon fruit. This was pressed and had skins removed immediately- producing a white wine from red grapes! A floral nose of tropical fruits and herbaceous hints is followed by a fruit-driven sweeter-style palate with an excellent balance of residual sugars and acidity.
Tropical fruit and citrus, with a lovely green-apple finish are evident. Drinking beautifully now.

2009 ROSÉ
The warm 2009 vintage produced lush and ripe shiraz fruit which gives this wine fresh strawberry and red berry characters with a hint of varietal spice.
It is a smooth and elegant example of the Rosé style, with gentle acidity adding zest to the intense fruit characters and a clean, dry finish. Drinking beautifully now and for several years.

2006 SHIRAZ
The cool conditions and late ripening of the 2006 vintage produced an elegant, medium bodied shiraz with a bouquet of fresh cracked pepper and fragrant spicy black cherries.
The palate shows elegant mid-weight fruit sweetness nicely balanced with underlying French oak texture and grainy tannins. The natural acid backbone provides good structure and length which will allow the wine to age gracefully over at least five years.

2008 CABERNET SAUVIGNON
A warm finish to the 2008 vintage produced intensely ripe and rich cabernet sauvignon fruit, hand selected for this wine. It has a rich crimson red colour and a floral bouquet of violets and mint.
The medium-weighted palate has elegant and expressive mulberry and blackcurrant fruit flavours.
Beautiful soft tannins and well-integrated fine oak influences give this wine a balanced and refined finish. Drinking perfectly now, and will develop great character in the bottle for many years.
